Blackstone Rivers Ranch will host 100% OUTDOORS dinner date nights a couple times a month, for the rest of the 2020 season.  Vegetarian options available.  Maximum of 8 guests per table. All current cv-19 restaurant protocol must be followed.  Tickets must be purchased a minimum of 4 days in advance.  No refunds given if you cancel your reservation within 4 days of each dinner date. Book soon - limited seating for each night!  A portion of proceeds will be donated to the selected charity for each event.

Lovely and enticing Spain...enjoy a 5 course, small plate tapas dining experience from Occasions Catering, with delicious wine from a handful of Spain's small family-owned vineyards. 1st Course | Cava Brut + Spanish Cheese Board & Tapas Pick | manchego, quince paste, marcona almonds, grapes and strawberries , grilled ciabatta plank, queen stuffed olive topped with sliced prosciutto and chorizo sausage
(Vegetarian Option Gildas: queen stuffed olive topped with pepper, gherkin and optional anchovy)
2nd Course | Sangria + Albondigas: savory meatballs in a spicy red sauce
(Vegetarian Option: Fried Cauliflower Bites dipped in egg and fried in olive oil, served with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli)

3rd Course | Garnacha Rose + Gambas al Ajillo: paprika garlic shrimp | gf, df, shellfish
(Vegetarian Option: Patatas Bravas: rustic potato planks accompanied with earthy romesco sauce for dipping)

4th Course | Tempranillo + Paella: chicken, chorizo and shrimp in saffron rice, finished with garden peas and mussels
(Vegetarian Option: Vegan Paella: saffron rice, artichokes, green beans, peppers, finished with garden peas)

5th Course | Coffee + Petite Churro: cinnamon caramel sauce | v
