Authentic Aesthetic Wedding

Updated: Apr 7, 2020

When it comes to weddings, it means so much to us at Blackstone Rivers Ranch when a couple is authentic, and even more so when that authenticity comes through in their aesthetic.

That’s exactly what we got with Kendall and Phillip. They are some of the happiest people you will ever meet in your life. Throughout their wedding, these two were kind to everyone involved in their big day.

These two were looking for an appropriate aesthetic to showcase their love for each other without being over the top. Kendall, the bride, was insistent on looking like herself on her wedding day, which she did by wearing a comfortable lace gown and doing her own hair and makeup. Phillip wore a navy suit that was easily hiked up so he could venture into Chicago Creek, which runs through our property. The two were authentically themselves on their wedding day.

Their party was a little over 100 guests, which allowed for a familial presence throughout. Very little decorations were used at the ceremony site, which allowed for the nature of the mountains to be the aesthetic of the day. To decorate the aisle, they laid down rugs which gave off the most homey feel.

But the item that stole the show was the food! They used one our favorite food trucks, Mountain Crust Pizza, to cater their dinner. The Mountain Crust Pizza team always comes to play, so their high energy staff illuminated the fun and casual vibe that was brought by the bride and groom. They really brought the food truck heat by having high point creamery come up for dessert. Who can say no to ice cream?!

In short, this couple was so sweet and exuded love in every step of their wedding process. Thank you, Kendall and Phillip, for celebrating your authentic aesthetic wedding with Blackstone Rivers Ranch!
