Let me start off by saying, we love our wine here at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. And boy do we have an excellent selection of both house and premium wines! Each year we host a wine tasting event for our couples to introduce them to the wines on our list. As you may or may not know, we hold a liquor license. Therefore we must supply all the alcohol for our events. With all of our alcohol packages, you receive a complimentary wine tasting in advance of your wedding!
As a small, family-owned business, we continually strive to find ways to support small, family-owned businesses whenever possible. You will most likely not be familiar with many of the wines on our menu, as most of them are from small vineyards, that do not have the high amount of production or notoriety that large companies boast. But they are wonderful! While not all of them are certified organic, most of them do in fact grow their grapes and produce their wines organically. Some simply can't afford the cost and process required to certify. Many of them grow their grapes using bio-dynamic and sustainable farming practices. Due to some supply chain issues we have experienced, we have had to substitute a few of our wines. So you will find a couple more well-known, and more easily available wines on on our menu this season.
