Danielle and Daniel are just one of many couples who chose to get married on a Sunday. Let us be the first to tell you that getting married on a Sunday has quite a few perks to it. If you have guests flying in, they are likely going to need to take at least one day off to travel and if you're getting married on a Sunday, you just gave them the excuse to take off the dreaded Monday! Getting married on a Sunday also allows your guests to get accustomed to the altitude... and trust us, they'll need this. But lastly getting married on a Sunday allows you and your guests to spend Saturday in the beautiful state of Colorado; there's just so much to do here!
Danielle and Daniel got married at Blackstone Rivers Ranch in late August 2018. Last August, we still had lush greenery throughout the property, as you can see in the photos below. June, July, and August are some of the most stunning months to get married at Blackstone, as the property is gleaming with green. Our flowerbeds are full and the creek that runs right by our ceremony site is full of fresh snow runoff!
These two picked a fabulous florist to execute the florals for this breathtaking wedding. Studio Rhea used a simple copper, squared archway and decorated it with stunning arrangements full of rich hues. At the base of the arch sat two arrangements of western sword ferns that add to the beauty of the evergreens just behind our ceremony site.
Thank you to Randy and Ashley Studios for providing these stunning photos. And thank you to all the vendors who were a part of this day.
