Being a bridesmaid is a real honor, but it also comes with plenty of duties. Of course, you will have to be there to help the bride choose the best dress, the most amazing wedding cake, and the prettiest colors for the wedding décor. And you will also help her get ready on the Big Day, as well as help her make sure the entire wedding runs smoothly.

In most cases, you will only have to enter your particular details and the calculator will show you how to create a feasible budget you can actually follow without compromising on your friend’s wedding.
· Talk to the bride – or to the Maid of Honor at least. Having financial issues? Talk to your friend and see what can be done to lower the costs. She will be happy to help, especially if you are honest and polite about it. And if you cannot afford being a bridesmaid, that’s totally fine too – just explain this to your friend from the very beginning, and she will understand.
