The newest trend in weddings is to do the unexpected.
What’s the least expected thing to do at your wedding? Putting your bridesmaids in all white. Okay, maybe that’s not the most unexpected thing to do at your wedding. However, it is an up and coming trend. Taylor (the bride of the wedding featured in this blog post) put her maids in white. She wore the Galatea Gown in Titanium by Willowby.
Kyle did the unexpected as well. He and his groomsmen showed up to Blackstone Rivers Ranch in fun Hawaiian shirts. But beyond their outfits, the guys had a paper boat race. Here at Blackstone Rivers Ranch, we are very strict about our environmental standards. We made sure that no boats continued to float down Chicago Creek after the race was finished. But you can tell by the pictures to follow that they had a blast playing in the water.
While they were unexpected in the decisions they made with their bridal party, Taylor and Kyle's main goal was to have a blast on their Wedding Day. And let me tell you these two had a blast! With the help of all the wonderful vendors, their day really helped this wedding venue pop.
The Something Styled was the wedding planning team for this wedding and they executed a stunning event. The tablescape was breathtaking. And with the help of Honeycomb & Co., the florist, the decoration underneath the tent was truly exquisite.
But we’ll say it again... more than anything, Kyle and Taylor came to this creek-side mountain venue to enjoy themselves and celebrate their love.
Thank you to all the vendors who made this wedding possible. This wedding is definitely one for the books.
