THE WEDDING RING YOU PURCHASE SHOULD BE GORGEOUS, HERE ARE SOME GREAT TIPS FOR BUYING YOURS!

Updated: May 15, 2019

Few other objects can have as much meaning and emotion stored in them as a wedding or engagement ring does. The very symbol of everlasting love and commitment, your engagement ring should be fantastic – but what does that mean exactly? How to choose the perfect ring for your loved one? Here are some tips to remember when shopping around:

· The budget. Old-school tradition says you should save at least two months’ salaries for the perfect ring. However, these days, it makes a lot more sense to settle on a ring that simply falls within your ideal budget range – especially since there are so many gorgeous options for just about any type of budget!

· The uniqueness. We’re all different – and your soul mate makes no exception from this. You have chosen to be with a completely special person – and the ring you choose for them should reflect this. Remember, though! Not everyone likes yellow gold, or diamonds, for that matter! Think well before deciding on a “classic” ring because your loved one might find a ruby or a sapphire much more suited for their personality.

· The diamond. If you have decided on a traditional diamond ring, be sure you know how to tell the difference between different types of diamonds. The best way to navigate the intricate ways of jewelry is by keeping the so-called “Four C’s” in mind: color (ranging from white and pink to black), cut (the perfect cut will make the diamond truly shine), clarity (the clearer the diamond is, the more expensive the price tag will be), and carat (the weight of the diamond itself).

Have you started planning the wedding already? If so, don’t forget to check out Blackstone Rivers Ranch! Our superb riverfront wedding venue is located near the mountainside, just 35 minutes out of Denver – so it will surely make for a truly beautiful wedding day!
